Cranford Johnson Rob-inson Woods in Little Rock, Ark., hired 21-year agency and client-side marketing veteran Don Lenehan to head its account service operations.
Lenehan, who joins the agency as senior vice president and management director, most recently was senior vice president of marketing for Royal Crown Co.
Lenehan said he has day-to-day responsibilities for CJRW’s largest client, Alltel, along with general training and development duties for the agency’s other account teams.
The position on Alltel, which includes oversight of account service, creative and media staffers–is a new one.
