The Bethesda, Md., defense contractor kicked off a review earlier this year and incumbent DDB New York chose not to defend. Competing against C-K in Milwaukee for the business are Gray, Kirk/VanSant in Baltimore and Keiler & Co. in Farmington, Conn.
