Leo Burnett USA named agency veteran Mike Colt, 61, vice chairman. He becomes only the second person at the agency to hold such a title. Colt is the worldwide creative head on the Philip Morris account and the executive creative director on the U.S. Army account, overseeing the entire “An Army of One” effort. As vice chairman, Colt will continue to report to Burnett USA chairman and chief creative officer Cheryl Berman and vice chairman and deputy chief creative officer Mark Tutssel.
