Carat Claims Insurer’s Media Duties

CHICAGO Carat North America has won the media buying and planning duties for Zurich Direct. Billings were estimated at $5-10 million, agency executives said.

The assignment, which will be handled out of Carat’s Chicago office, includes media planning and buying for the Schaumburg, Ill., based insurer, with a concentration on direct response television. Susan Rowe, Carat’s senior vice president, managing director, will oversee the account.

The creative portion of the business remains in-house.
