CHICAGO BMW of North America has no immediate plans to continue its award-winning BMW Film series, according to a company representative.
“Anything’s possible, but right now we’re not working on (a new) set because we have a lot of lines coming,” said Karen Vonder Meulen, marketing and events communications manager for the Woodcliff Lake, N.J., company. The company would likely opt for a more traditional marketing plan for those new car models, sources said.
However, Vonder Meulen stopped short of saying the Web-based franchise would never return.
