CHICAGO – Blue Cross/Blue Shield here sent out questionnaires to local Chicago agencies for what could be a $10-15 million account. Those believed to have received a shot at the insurance company include Tatham Euro RSCG; Ogilvy & Mather; and Bayer Bess Vanderwarker among many others. A decision is expected next month.
