DDB in Chicago won the estimated $70 million Alltel creative business, the client said. The win follows a review that included four other finalists: IPG shops The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., which was the incumbent, and Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich.; Omnicom’s Martin/ Williams in Minneapolis; and The Richards Group in Dallas, sources said. The Rojek Cutcher Group in Cleveland ran the review. Media duties, handled by Martin, are unaffected.
