Integrated communications company Ruido Group, which focuses on the Latino-youth market, has launched with the goal of helping brands effectively communicate with a rapidly growing and underserved demographic. The company, based in New York, will work with clients and agencies to devise and implement marketing solutions aimed at young Latinos, including consulting, advertising, nontraditional marketing, and interactive marketing. In its first client project, Ruido Group will work with Ogilvy & Mather on a multiplatform campaign for the Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Sports-marketing and public relations agency National Media Group has added several clients: Vector Sports Management; New Choices magazine; Health magazine; NBA Properties; and APBA International.
