The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) takes effect in January 2020, but many brand marketers are still unclear about details of the privacy regulation. Jessica Lee, co-chair of privacy, security and innovation at law firm Loeb & Loeb, used her NexTech breakout session to review the CCPA and provide an update of new amendments that will impact brand marketers.
