HOW IT WORKS

The Mentorship Exchange pairs brand marketing leaders with a mentor who is senior level and/or in the c-suite. In 2024, mentors will be selected 3 weeks before mentee application pitches open. This will give interested candidates time to research and submit an application pitch that includes their top 3 mentors.

Interested leaders applying to be a mentee should currently be at or above mid-senior level at a b2b or b2c brand based in the United States.
