-Dell Technologies has launched a new campaign, “There’s an Innovator in All of Us,” to show that when technology is more powerful, simpler to use and easier to access, every person and business can do more incredible things. Developed by VMLY&R New York and directed by Christopher Riggert of Biscuit, two launch spots highlight that we all have an innovator inside us with the potential to change the world—and they are narrated by actor Jeffrey Wright. Plus, there’s a “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” whistle chorus involved.

-With AKQA’s backing, creative duo Zampa and Zaro have founded Bloom, with a narrow focus on social change.
