Ann Ouellette has been named gm of Minneapolis-St. Paul CBS-owned station WCCO.

Ouellette has been the station’s controller since 2003 and has been interim gm since April after Brien Kennedy was named gm of KYW in Philadelphia.

“Ann is a terrific leader and talented executive with nearly 25 years of experience in local broadcasting,” said Peter Dunn, president of CBS Television Stations. “We are thrilled that we are able to promote from within to fill this key position and look forward to having Ann and her colleagues lead WCCO to even greater success in the future.”

Before coming to WCCO, Ouellette was director of finance and operations for Fox Cable Networks. She’s also worked for the WB Network and at KNBC in Los Angeles.
