The Adweek Columnist Network provides a behind-the-scenes look into company problem-solving, high-level leadership tactics and inventive approaches that industry peers can learn from and take forward. Columns must focus on takeaways and insights grounded in professional experience or case studies, and columnists must make a regular commitment to contributing.
