FCB ended 2023 on a high note, with FCB New York being crowned Global Agency of the Year and FCB Global finishing as Agency Network of the Year in The One Club for Creativity’s Global Creative Rankings 2023.
The One Club has released its Global Creative Rankings for 2023.
The annual year-end global benchmark report is a comprehensive ranking of agencies, brands and individuals based on points earned from winning entries in The One Show 2023, ADC 102nd Annual Awards, Type Directors Club TDC69 competitions, Art Directors Club of Europe ADCE 2023 Awards, ONE Asia Creative Awards 2023, and The One Club Denver, San Diego, and Miami chapter 2023 awards programs.
“The Global Creative Rankings is the industry’s most comprehensive and transparent ranking,” said Kevin Swanepoel, CEO, The One Club in a statement. “There are no hidden weightings in calculating the rankings, and unlike others it’s not hidden behind a paywall. As the industry’s foremost nonprofit organization for the global creative community, The One Club is in a unique position to provide this free, definitive measure for global creative excellence to everyone in the industry.”
In the Global Agency Rankings, FCB New York was followed by Serviceplan Germany, VMLY&R New York, Area 23 and TBWA\Media Arts Lab.
The Regional Agencies of the Year list included Leo Burnett India in APAC, Serviceplan Germany in Europe, Ogilvy Honduras in LATAM, ‿ and us for Middle East and Africa, and FCB New York in North America.
Independent agency rankings were topped by Serviceplan Germany, Rethink and Wieden+Kennedy Portland, while holding company rankings found Omnicom Group at the top with IPG and WPP in second and third, respectively.
On the brand side, Apple and Squarespace ended up on top, while the highest ranked work was “Chillboards” by DDB Chicago with adam&eveDDB London, NORD DDB CPH Copenhagen, and Molson Coors for Coors Light.
