Creative Agency RanaVerse Adds Account Directors for Community and Culture

RanaVerse. a creative agency that connects brands with contemporary culture and champions equity, has appointed Shannon Bowers and Jaspreet Bahra as account directors. Bahra will lead the culture team, with Bowers covering RanaVerse’s community client list.

Bowers brings 20 years of experience with both agencies and brands to the agency, while Bahra brings a decade of experience, including a Grand Prix Cannes Lions win, to RanaVerse.

Bowers joins RanaVerse after leading teams on CPG, QSR, wine and spirits, media and automotive categories. In the brand sector, Bowers worked at Subway, where she was the principal manager on the global “$5 Footlong” campaign, as well as the launch of Subway’s “Fresh Fit” campaign leading African American, Hispanic and general marketing. Bowers also worked at Moet Hennessy, managing the Connecticut market’s on and off premise campaigns.

Bahra is skilled in client services and has worked with brands including Nike, Adidas and Ellesse. She helped launch “Nike Sync: workouts to help fit your menstrual cycle,” which won the 2022 Grand Prix at Cannes Lions for Entertainment for Diversity & Inclusion in Sport.

“I’m excited to be part of RanaVerse and the team’s mission of centering equitable culture for brands at a global level, and I look forward to bringing my experience with digital marketing, retail, content campaigns and film to the team,” Bahra said in a statement.

RanaVerse continues to build its footprint in the U.S. and U.K. while building lasting relationships with its global roster of clients. The agency has enjoyed 40% growth in headcount since the start of the year.
