South Bend, Ind., CBS and Fox affiliate WSBT has named Pratibha “Patti” Tripathi executive producer of its HomeTown Living lifestyle program.
The show is hosted by Jackie Jerlecki and Abby Urban and airs weekdays at 9 a.m. showcasing community events, activities and select products and services from trusted businesses.
“Patti has a track record of success at all levels in our industry,” said Brian Dodge, vp and gm of WSBT. “Her experience and passion will not only take Hometown Living to greater heights, but she will also contribute as a leader to our entire team in South Bend.”
One of first two women of Indian origin to anchor network news, Tripathi once anchored CNN Headline News/Airport News. Before working at CNN, she worked in Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham and at WSJV and WTRC in Indiana.
