Two days ago, WSAZ reported that a 65-year-old man had disappeared from his nursing home.
On Thursday, Delmar Dunlap’s family asked reporter Leanne Shinkle to join them on their search. They took her to a house he used to live in, about 90 minutes away from the nursing facility.
Shinkle knocked on the door and Dunlap answered.

It’s not clear yet how he got there, but the family reported him safe. Dunlap will be taken back to the nursing home.
