Royce Jones No Longer with KDKA in Pittsburgh

Royce Jones is no longer with Pittsburgh CBS owned station KDKA.

Jones anchored the 10 p.m. news on KDKA sister-station WPKD. At the time of this writing, his bio had been removed from the station website.

TribLive said news director Shawn Hoder told staff, “FYI Royce Jones is no longer employed with CBS News Pittsburgh, KDKA/WPKD. We wish him well with future endeavors.”

Jones joined KDKA in January 2020 as a freelance reporter. Before KDKA, Jones worked at WTRF in the Wheeling-Steubenville market as a multimedia journalist and weekend anchor. Jones interned at KDKA while in college.
