Lauren Baker is leaving Greenville, N.C. NBC affiliate WITN after two years as a morning anchor and producer.
On social media, she called the announcement “bittersweet news.”
“My time in Eastern Carolina is coming to an end,” she wrote. “A week from today, I will sign off one final time as your morning and midday anchor. The decision was tough, as this community has embraced me from the moment I started.”
