In April, we reported Moira Kaye was leaving Knoxville, Tenn. NBC affiliate WBIR after more than 30 years.
Friday was the big send off. The station gave her a cake. Co-anchor Abby Ham called her “the most wonderful person I have ever met.”

Kaye joined WBIR as an intern in 1984.
