Dani Ruberti has joined Los Angeles CBS owned station KCBS-KCAL as a weekday weather anchor.
Ruberti announced the news on social media saying “Honey, I’m home!”
“It feels like a dream,” she wrote. “This is the place where I grew up. It’s the place where my heart for journalism started. To work at a station I grew up watching and to serve a community that I’ve loved so deeply for so long is the sweetest honor.”

She last worked at KSTU in Salt Lake City and will work the 6, 8, 10 and 11 p.m. newscasts.
