An interesting aside in the NY Daily News:
David Westin “also said he was happy with the new look of Nightline, which has upended the one-topic approach pioneered by Ted Koppel.
‘No one could do the program Ted did,’ said Westin, adding that he is encouraged by the new show’s performance thus far.
‘We’ve held the ‘Nightline’ viewership,’ he said. ‘They remain loyal to us. They’re coming to us.'”
