-Financial company Voya’s new campaign from BBDO Atlanta encourages people to increase their financial confidence by taking steps now to be prepared for the future. Two ads promote financial wellness in every community. One features a multigenerational Indian family and another features secondary actors with disabilities.

The diversity goes beyond the screen, as the teams partnered with a 100% female-staffed research agency, diverse creative teams and female and multiethnic directors for production. Voya’s popular origami Orange Money animals, Val the squirrel and Vern the rabbit, also appear in each ad.

-Stagwell agencies MMI and Media Kitchen combined to form a single agency, consolidated under the MMI name.

-Treena the Traveling Tree Woman, invented by the Harmon Brothers, packs plenty of personality into a three-and-a-half-minute spot for discount flight booking service Next Vacay.

-I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is airing a sketch comedy series titled The Butter Compartment under the banner of the brand’s satirical nod to Netflix called Notflix.

-Omnicom Media Group’s new products expand Omnicom’s media offerings and extend its competitive advantages to each of the holding company’s agency brands.

-IPG Mediabrands has elevated Lynn Lewis to the position of global CMO.

-Telecommunications company Movistar has appointed Wunderman Thompson Spain as its strategic and creative agency and Accenture Interactive as its digital marketing agency.
