-An ad for social shopping app Flip by agency Sandwich follows a woman in search of the perfect moisturizer. She tries in-store shopping—with a quick dig on a popular cosmetics retailer—and social media to no avail and later discovers Flip, where she’s exposed to hundreds of reviews from real people that inform which products she ultimately buys. The spot includes real video reviews from Flip users.

-Interpublic Group (IPG) is suspending operations in Russia following the continued invasion of Ukraine.
