We’re rolling into the weekend with celebratory news about new hires, promotions and re-orgs.

Chemistry

Christofer Peterson was hired as chief people officer at Chemistry. Peterson will lead the agency’s people and culture department, with focuses on employee growth, agency culture and developing and retaining talent.

Daivid, a global creative effectiveness platform, named Barney Worfolk-Smith as its new chief growth officer. Worfolk-Smith will develop the company’s global commercial strategy, including driving revenue growth, overseeing international expansion and leading the platform’s marketing function.

Ebiquity

Ebiquity named Michelle Morgado as managing director, U.K. and Ireland. Morgado will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and position the agency as a trusted partner for clients.

FutureBrand

FutureBrand named Lauren Maynard as its new global chief growth officer. Maynard will oversee the company’s global marketing efforts and drive strategic growth across all twenty-plus offices globally.

GroupM

Sharb Farjami was appointed to CEO at GroupM North America. Farjami comes from his previous role as North America CEO for GroupM agency Wavemaker.

Iris

Iris named Andrea Bassermann as managing director, Germany. The appointment is reflective of the agency’s larger goal to bolster participation positioning and catalyze growth across the DACH region.

London Alley

Director Melody Maker joined London Alley’s directorial roster for representation. Maker brings expertise in visual storytelling and VFX skills to create striking work for the studio’s top brands and clients.

McCann London

McCann London strengthened its leadership team with two new appointments. The company hired Aaron Harridge as head of strategy and promoted Jonathan Brown to head of strategic product.

Mint

Mint named Lorenzo Larini as its new CEO. Lairini will oversee renewed focus on organic growth in key markets and strategic acquisitions.

Minute Media

Minute Media promoted Jenna Klein to global vice president of brand and athlete strategy at The Players’ Tribune. Klein will oversee all marketing, development and strategy across the business.

New Commercial Arts

New Commercial Arts named its first co-heads of customer experience, Lauren McLaughlin and Struan Wood. The two will lead the development of world-class customer experience capabilities for the agency in London and Glasgow.

New York Festivals Advertising Awards

New York Festivals Advertising Awards appointed Sergio Lopez-Ferrero, global CEO of production at Publicis Groupe, as jury chair for NYF’s Cutting Edge Executive Jury. Lopez-Ferrero will guide the Executive Jury sessions to review future-forward category groups showcasing creative innovation. 

Publicis

Publicis named Leah Lanza as its new svp, chief production officer. Lanza will lead the agency’s production division, The Pub.

Roger

Creative studio Roger partnered with industry veterans Sam Gibney and Angela Daily to launch its new division, LoudnClear. The division specializes in social media and content creation for brands in the entertainment, gaming, sports and music sectors.

RSA Films

RSA Films signed comedic talent Eric Andre to its roster for commercial representation. Creator and host of “The Eric Andre Show,” Andre brings talent spanning stand-up comedy, acting, directing, writing, producing and music.

RWS Global

RWS Global named Neil Palomba to its advisory board. Palomba brings over 25 years of experience leading global operations and cross-functional teams while driving innovation and transformation.

SponsorUnited appointed Arjun Nadkarni as chief technology officer. Nadkarni will lead the development of new features in sponsorship technology and the charge in integrating data automation and AI into the company’s platform.

Stagwell

Stagwell’s Instrument creative shop made several appointments to its executive leadership team. Laurel Burton was promoted to CEO, Leon Anderson to president, Nishat Akhtar to chief creative officer, Tessa Baston to chief people officer, Stephanie Lanning to svp, growth and JD Hooge to creative chair.

TBWA\Chiat\Day 

TBWA\Chiat\Day New York named two new creative leaders. Barney Goldberg and Mike Blanch will serve as co-executive creative directors for Nissan United U.S.

TBWA\Group Canada

TBWA\Group Canada named Adam Reeves as its new chief creative officer, ushering in a new era in disruptive creativity. Lauren Gomes also joined the company as vp, business operations.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab

TBWA\Media Arts Lab hired Julie Matheny as group creative director. Matheny will lead creative for Europe, including the U.K., France and Germany.

Teads

Teads named Damien Islam-Frenoy as its new chief technology officer. Islam-Frenoy will lead the company’s technology development and operations and it expands offerings across CTV, data, creative optimization and performance.

The Weber Shandwick Collective

The Weber Shandwick Collective made a series of senior promotions to keep up with the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Laura Schoen was appointed to chief healthcare officer and Pam Jenkins to chief public health officer. Jamie Dowd, Rachael Pay and Mike Rosich were promoted to presidents of The Americas, EMEA and dna Communications, respectively.

Unlock Health

Unlock Health named Kevin Thilborger as chief managed care officer and chief revenue strategy officer. Thilborger will oversee all aspects of the managed care consulting arm at the company, including care delivery insights, reimbursement strategy, digital transformation and communication.

VCCP

VCCP made several new hires to strengthen its creative team. The new appointments include creative director Frances Leach, senior creatives Filipe Birck and James Lucking-Pham and midweight creative team Alice Goodrich and Lara Baxter.
