AbelsonTaylor Group has hired Janet Barker-Evans as executive vice president, chief creative officer. Barker-Evans will drive the firm’s creative vision, develop and retain top creative talent and partner with other teams to deliver measurable business success to clients.

Acast boosted its U.S. leadership with new promotions to its executive team and advisory board. Greg Glenday was named chief business officer, Tiffany Ashitey was promoted to interim managing director, Richard Neto was named vp of sales, Gabriella Gregoris was named group business director of national performance and Stephen Smyk joined the U.S. advisory board.
Brave Bison
Brave Bison appointed Hannah Baker as chief marketing officer. Baker will work to build the agency’s reputation as a new-age media, technology and marketing partner positioned to connect with digital natives and drive growth across business units.

Brunner promoted Dan Magdich to vice president, executive creative director. Previously the director of creative services, Magdich will now drive the agency’s creative product forward by leading all creative projects, progress and execution.

Independent agency Highdive has elevated Megan Lally from managing partner to CEO. As CEO, Lally sets the vision for the agency and drives its operations, overseeing growth, account management and strategy with her direct and human leadership style.

Jonathan Daly was hired as head of communications strategy at Johannes Leonardo. Daly brings over 15 years of experience spanning agency and in-house roles, which developed his knowledge of innovative media and go-to-market thinking for the top global brands.
Mark Allen & Co
J.P. Escobar was named vice president at Mark Allen & Co. The PR veteran brings over 15 years of industry expertise to service the agency’s marketing, media and tech clients.
McCann
John Mescall, one of McCann’s global executive creative directors and president of its creative leadership council, is leaving the agency. Mescall is well known as a creative leader known for “Dumb Ways to Die,” which won several Cannes Lions in 2013 for Metro Trains Melbourne.
Mediavine
Mediavine promoted Brad Hagmann to senior vice president of advertising technology. Hagmann will oversee ad technology, supply partnerships and ad operations within this new role.
Meyocks
Meyocks welcomed Beth Davis as its new public relations lead. In this role, Davis will oversee PR strategy for the agency’s client roster of food, agriculture, health and mentor brands.
Omnicom Media Group U.K.
Omnicom Media Group U.K. hired Hatim Ahmed as display assistant at MG OMD. Ahmed’s hire makes the 100th successful place in the agency’s program promoting accessibility in digital careers.
Rakish
Rakish revamped its sales team with the promotion of Chiara Useche to head of sales and creative producer. It also changed its West Coast and Midwest representation to Hero Mgmt. and Nikki Weiss & Co., respectively.

Creative agency Saylor has hired social strategist and producer Francesco “Chesco” Ferrara as its new senior content strategist. At the agency Chesco will leverage the experience he gained from conceptualizing and executing digital marketing campaigns for seasons 1-3 of “The Kardashians” on Hulu and “Welcome to Wrexham” on FX while overseeing the agency’s roster of clients including Prime Video’s comedy brand “Laugh Track” and Postmates.

Seedtag expanded its board amid international momentum and U.S. revenue growth. Brian H. Whipple was named a member of its board of directors and Uwe Weiss was named chairman of the board.
