The AICP Show named Ralph Laucella, founding partner and executive producer at O Positive, as its 2024 AICP Show chairperson. Laucella has served two terms as AICP national board chairperson and is a long-standing member of the AICP labor committee.

Arnold made two new key hires in its account services and strategy departments. Andrew Krensky returned to the agency as managing director and Archana Mahadevan was named svp strategy director.
Assembly
Assembly expanded its leadership team with two new strategy hires. James Wilde was named head of growth and marketing and Lizzy Herbertson was named commercial director in Europe.

Atomic London hired Nicky Vita as head of strategy. Coming from her previous role at VCCP London, Vita will lead the agency’s unified creative proposition.

Cut+Run is bidding farewell to Michelle Eskin after her 15 year tenure with the company. Eskin was instrumental in expanding creative offerings with the continued development of sister company Jogger.

Dive Billboards named Maria Girimonte as its new sales and partnerships lead for TikTok and Nextdoor. Girimonte brings experience in digital, content integration and digital OOH.

Exverus named Lisa Lindsay as its media director. Lindsay will oversee the media planning and buying team for brand clients Premier Protein and Dymatize.

Glimmer named Vanessa Hudson as its new head of global production for Glimmer studios. Hudson will lead global production, creative and strategy for Glimmer Studios, powering leading brands, agencies, media and entertainment providers.

Impero welcomed Elliott Starr as its new creative director. Starr will work across the agency’s key clients, including George at Asda, Jordan/Nike, Christian Aid and Absolut.

Zenith UK has named Richard Clay as its new chief strategy officer. The news follows that of Kush Bhardwaj, who was promoted to head of investment at the end of last year.
