50,000feet named Charlie Wrench, former Landor Associates CEO, as its new board chairman. Wrench will guide the growth and evolution of the agency to broaden its multidisciplinary approach.

Adform named Katherine Thistlewaite as its new senior commercial partnerships manager. Thistlewaite will lead the advancement of the agency’s global footprint, enabling brands to take full advantage of the platform.

Anomaly New York

Anomaly New York appointed Jeff Stamp as its new managing partner and chief creative officer. Stamp brings extensive experience from roles at TikTok and Peloton.

BrandOpus

BrandOpus has made two new hires: Zaina Muir as managing director, U.K. and Neal Colyer as creative director of brand ambition.

Brandtech Group

The Brandtech Group has named Matthieu Bucaille, ex-CEO Lazard International, as the company’s global chief financial officer. Founding partner and the group’s current global CFO, Jean-Marc Antoni, will retire into a part-time advisory role starting next year.

Chernoff Newman

Chernoff Newman named Dan Jividen as its new creative lead. The advertising industry veteran brings experience from leadership roles at Weber Shandwick, Energy BBDO and Leo Burnett.

Collective

Collective launched a new leadership structure as it recognizes longtime agency talent. Allison McMenimen Bakken will serve as co-president, managing director and Luke Schlegel will serve as co-president, CFO/COO.

CTI Digital

CTI Digital, a U.K. technology, experience and digital marketing agency, has enhanced in its operational structure to better serve its expanding client portfolio. Each Strategic Business Lead (SBL) will lead a multi-million-pound portfolio of clients and includes promotions of Christina Nobbs and Alex Ryan, who were previously account directors, and Samantha Bell, who has been promoted from brand strategy director.

EClerx

Karolina Kocalevski was named chief marketing officer at eClerx. Kocalevski will serve as the company’s chief brand ambassador, leading execution of global brand, marketing and PR strategy.

Fuse

Fuse hired Sophie Forrest as its new business and marketing director. The agency also promoted Ellie Mainwaring to its new head of business and marketing in the U.K.

Gupta Media

Gupta Media hired Jennifer Siegel as its new senior social media strategist. Gupta will work to lead an expanded capability in organic social for the agency.

Havas New York

Havas New York appointed Taras Wayner as its new executive creative director. Wayner will lead creative execution for long-term partner NewYork-Presbyterian.

Highmark Health

Highmark Health named Craig Riner as its new evp, chief marketing officer. Riner will lead marketing, brand experience, advertising and custom engagement for the entire organization, including its portfolio companies. 

Horizon Media

Scott Lukas, senior vice president of human intelligence at Horizon Media, will be promoted to executive vice president, chief of the Why Group. He takes over from Sheri Roder, the long-time leader and founder of the group, who is departing as part of a planned career transition.

Hy-Vee

Ex-CEO at Saatchi & Saatchi X, Jessica Hendrix, was named as the new chief marketing officer at Hy-Vee. Hendrix will operate as the agency’s evp, CMO and president of its retail media network RedMedia.

Los York Films

Chris Abitbol was named as the head of Los York Films. Abitbol will manage the unit’s work, as well as its global collective of commercial directors.

Lunio

Lunio welcomed Nick Morley, former EMEA managing director at Integral Ad Science, to its board. Morley will support the MarTech startup as its prepares for its next phase of growth.

Metro Public Relations

Metro Public Relations promoted Emily Hessel to VP of consumer communications and audio. Hessel will build client strategies and brand narratives, lead campaign management and streamline client experience.

Night Market

Night Market named George Musi as its new chief business officer. Musi will lead growth strategy, innovation and performance for the agency.

OAAA

OAAA named Andy McDonald as its new svp, government affairs. McDonald will advocate for the OOH industry at state and local levels to support the advancement of regulatory issues.

Proof Advertising

Proof Advertising appointed Chree Taylor to chief growth officer. Taylor brings experience from leadership roles at Hot Dish Advertising, Dentsu Creative and Grey NY.

Saatchi & Saatchi X

Saatchi & Saatchi X welcomed Lee Esmond as its new president. Esmond will tap into 25 years of experience and leadership at The Mars Agency and Mosaic to lead the continued growth and capability development at Saatchi & Saatchi X.

Sesame Workshop

Sesame Workshop appointed Dannette (Danni) Hill to chief people officer. Hill will lead the agency’s human resources functions, supporting innovative best practices and organizational excellence.

Social Element

Social Element named Linn Frost and Ashley Cooksley as its new global co-CEOs. The current CEO, Tamara Littleton, will now move into the role of executive chair.

The Martin Agency

The Martin Agency has appointed Adrienne Wright Cleveland as chief operating and culture officer. Cleveland will report to CEO Danny Robinson and will be assuming duties from Carmina Drummond, a 35-year Martin veteran who held numerous roles at the agency, last serving as chief culture officer. Cleveland joined Martin last year as managing director, head of talent and culture.

The Social Lights

The Social Lights named Stephanie Schafer as its new president. She is joined by three additional hires, including Meagan Kato as vp of strategy, Brian Slater as senior director of content and Kelsey Dahlager as senior director of care of engagement.

Two by Four

Two by Four named Kristi Hubert as its new PR director. Hubert will work to elevate the agency’s PR and influencer marketing services, building on recent wins like Cat’s Pride, Churchill Downs and Jockey.

VaynerMedia

VaynerMedia hired Jeffrey Kloezeman as its new EMEA platform lead. Kloezeman will lead all platform efforts for VaynerX in the EMEA region.

Warschawski

Warschawski welcomed two new senior designers to its team. Carly Castle and Cathy Pires will lead the creative direction, development and execution of print, digital and video projects at the agency.

XenoPsi Ventures

XenoPsi Ventures welcomed Scott Powell as its new chief product officer. Powell will lead the agency’s go-to-market launch of all new ventures, along with product creation for all brands.
