72andSunny

72andSunny promoted Emily Connelly to director of brand management. With seven years of experience at the agency, Connelly has been a key leader delivering to brands including Google, United Airlines and Tinder.

Judson Phillips is joining Arketi Group as its vice president. Phillips brings over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing at companies including Primus, Advectis by Xerox and BioIQ.

Badger Agency

Badger Agency is scaling its team with eight new hires in an effort to continue diversify its team with new authentic voices. Hires include Brooke Adler as art director, Brooke Erlich as content strategist, Caroline Fasulo as marketing manager, Sophie Gerritsen as senior art director, Ana Laraia as junior copywriter, Judy Pardo as director of business affairs, Li Ya (Jessie) Ruan as accountant and Hannah O’Toole as junior copywriter.

Deloitte Digital

Dounia Senawai is joining Deloitte Digital as its chief commercial officer. With eight years of experience at the company, Senawai will now lead all go-to-market efforts across Deloitte Digital’s offerings, alliances and marketing functions.

Effie Worldwide

Effie Worldwide welcomed Allison Knapp Womack as its new chief operating officer. In this role, Womack will lead operations for worldwide programs like the Effie Awards, Effie’s global network development and overall operations for the company.

Fig promoted Samantha Deevy to lead its integrated strategy department. Deevy will hold responsibility for utilizing Fig’s creative-first, data-powered approach to deliver strategy to clients across its roster.

Hanson Dodge

Hanson Dodge hired Megan DeAngelis as its first tech account director. Coming from her previous role as account supervisor at BVK, DeAngelis will help to manage expanded digital responsibilities for the agency due to new clients like Colectivo Coffee, Now Vitamins and Keen outside and kids’ lines.

Havas Health & You

Havas Health & You appointed Laura Mizrahi as the chief creative officer of H4B Chelsea, its flagship agency. Mizrahi will work to foster agency growth and brand success through connected user experiencing meeting the demands of the health and wellness landscape.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies

Brenna Terry is joining Hill+Knowlton Strategies as the global chair of healthcare. Terry brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare communications industry, and will be responsible for the vision, strategy, client relationships and development of H+K’s healthcare business.

Humancare

IPG health company Humancare hired Lauren Cohen as its managing director and creative lead. In this role, Cohen will lead all creative across clients and brands and work to elevate the agency dedicate to human care.

Mediavine

Michelle Peguero joined Mediavine as its vice president of influencer partnerships, sales. The hire represents the agency’s focus on influencer partnerships, aiming to meet the growing demand of brands and advertising.

Nail

Cameron McCormack is joining Nail Communications as producer and director. In this role, he will work with clients including Lifespan, IGT and Preservation Society of Newport to create content, shape key marketing initiatives and lead the agency’s film production practice.

Pixly

Ryan Sheppard joined influencer marketing agency Pixly as its senior partnerships manager. Sheppard has previously gained expertise driving successful campaigns for brands including PlayStation, Buffalo Wild Wings and Johnson & Johnson.

Rinck Advertising

Lisa Ardia was promoted to associate director of media at Rinck Advertising after building a strong record of expanding the agency’s capabilities and bringing innovative solutions to clients.

RSA Films

RSA Films added hybrid creative talent Sam Coleman to its roster for his first U.S. representation. Coleman was previously the art director on Adidas Originals at 180 Amsterdam.

Seedtag brought on new senior leaders to expand its sales and publishing teams and drive its growth in the U.S. Appointments include Brian Danzis as managing director, Charles Gabriel as U.S. senior vice president, West Coast and international sales, Lora Feinman as U.S. senior vice president, East Coast sales, David Otis as U.S. vice president, independent agencies, Jim Kleinick, U.S. vice president, Midwest sales and Tina Iannacchino, U.S. senior publisher director.

Semcasting appointed Christy Ercolino as the west coast vice president of sales. Joining the company at a time of growth and expansion, Ercolino will use her experience in directing growth-oriented teams to work closely with Semcasting’s agencies and brands to address their pain points with managed services and the company’s automated platform.

Sid Lee is growing its creative and social teams with new hires. Celine Faledam joined as creative director, Robbie Izar as creative director of social and Damara Dikeou as executive director of social.

Stein IAS is restructuring its client services team to drive growth. Gemma Newton is serving as EMEA client services director and Jeremy Bramwell has been elevated to the position of marketing director.

Laura Stayt has been promoted from executive director of business operations to president at Zambezi.
