Cheil Worldwide has signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) on brand NFT business with Cyphrly, a global NFT marketplace. Cheil will strengthen its capabilities in the NFT business, following its business agreement with NFT-specialized artist group SMATh in June. Through this business agreement, Cheil will be responsible for the planning and production of clients’ brand NFTs while Cyphrly will be in charge of development and operation of NFTs tailored to its own platform.
Creative agency Cornett was chosen as Legoland Resorts North America’s new creative agency of record. The partnership includes properties in California, Florida and New York.

Horizon Media was chosen as the agency of record for Lionsgate Motion Picture Group. Horizon Media will now be responsible for the development and execution of innovative, creative media strategies, as well as planning, buying, data and analytics across media channels.
Omnichannel performance platform AudienceX is partnering with advanced contextual intelligence provider Peer39. The partnership empowers AudienceX clients with direct access to pre-bid, cookie-free targeting capabilities includes 1000+ categories.
Tech-driven marketing research firm Touchstone Research and strategy agency Sup3rnatural are partnering to provide clients with opportunities for collaboration between research and marketing. Sup3rnatural’s clients will now have access to creative testing, positioning, and audience research capabilities.
Growth marketing agency Taktical Digital acquired B2B, Web3 and SaaS growth marketing agency KonvertLab. The acquisition aims to enable Taktical Digital to position itself as the go-to SaaS digital marketing agency.
Leading Scotch whiskey brand Pernod Ricard chose Tombras as the creative agency of record in the U.S. market for the Chivas Regal brand. The partnership follows Pernod Ricard’s launch of its new global campaign, “I Rise, We Rise,” as well as a period of significant global growth and demand.
Mobility solutions leader Muve chose integrated marketing and communications agency Zenergy Communications as its agency of record. Zenergy will aim to build awareness of Muve’s mobility app through strategic communications across the North American market.
