Sears named OgilvyOne its Direct Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agency of record. OgilvyOne will be charged with the development and management of the “strategic redesign, execution, testing and ongoing optimization of targeted marketing programs for both the Sears and Kmart brands.”
