Independent Atlanta-based agency 22squared has named Cameron Templeton as its newest creative director.
Templeton joins the agency from Firstborn Multimedia in New York, where he spent nearly five and a half years as a creative director and copywriter working on campaigns for clients including Under Armour, Sony, Patrón Tequila, Audible, Rolex, American Express and Time Warner Cable. He began his career as a copywriter with Ogilvy & Mather New York, working with Siemens and Sara Lee.
22squared has been padding its roster of creative directors since promoting John Stapleton to the role of chief creative officer last December. The agency hired Albert Patton from R/GA New York as executive creative director in April, creative director Bryan Lee from BBDO Atlanta in July and creative director Matthew Zaifert from Publicis New York in August.
