KCTV morning anchor Dave Hall is trading one Meredith station for another. He’s joining Fox affiliate KVVU in Las Vegas as a morning anchor.
“Since joining KCTV5 three years ago, Dave has done a terrific job anchoring ‘KCTV5 News This Morning’ and co-hosting ‘Better KC’. He has also done some excellent reporting for us,” wrote news director Ed Kosowski. “While we are disappointed he is leaving, we know this is a move that is important for Dave and his family and we wish him continued success as part of the Meredith family.”
He’s worked at KVVU once before. After starting his career at KRNV in Reno, Nevada, Hall moved to KVVU as sports director. He was named morning anchor in 2006. Hall’s last day at KCTV is Friday, August 14.
