David Hayes has been named GM and general sales manager of Richmond, Va., CW affiliate WUPV.
Hayes has been the national sales manager and sales manager at at WUPV since 2007.
“We have really been pleased with the growth and leadership that David has brought to WUPV over the past several years,” said Thomas B. Henson, president and CEO of American Spirit Media. “We are looking forward to continued success under David’s leadership in addition to the service and partnership he and the team will bring to our clients in the Richmond area.”

Hayes started his career at WUPV as an account executive before moving to WRLH as a senior account executive.
