WSB Announces Anchor Lineup After Karyn Greer Joins Team

Atlanta ABC affiliate WSB has solidified its anchor lineup after veteran Karyn Greer officially joined the station.

Greer, who replaces the late Jovita Moore, joins Jorge Estevez at 5 p.m., Linda Stouffer will co-anchor at 6 p.m. with Justin Farmer and Wendy Corona—and Justin Farmer will continue to anchor at 4 p.m.

“When it comes to local knowledge and experience, this group of anchors can’t be matched,” said Ray Carter, vice president and general manager. “When you have the opportunity to put together a professional team like this you do it. It makes a huge difference when it comes to guiding viewers through stories that impact the people of North Georgia every day.”

“This team of journalists is just special,” said news director Suzanne Nadel. “Their connection to the local community runs deep—and it leads to unmatched anchor reporting in our newscasts. This brings our viewers more context and perspective from all sides of a story.”

The new afternoon anchor lineup starts this afternoon at 4 p.m.

Moore died from Glioblastoma last October. The station signed Greer as an anchor in March, but due to her contract with CBS affiliate WGCL, she couldn’t join the station until now.

Corona has officially been named 11 p.m. co anchor alongside Estevez. The pair have been co-anchors on this newscast since January 2022.
