WIVB anchor Jacquie Walker will return to work at the Buffalo CBS affiliate next week, reports the Buffalo News. In November, Walker revealed she’d been diagnosed with breast cancer, and would take time away from work for treatment.
Six weeks later, she’s ready to get back to the anchor desk:
On Tuesday, she informed the station about her plans to return to work.

I return very grateful for the excellent care I have received and will continue to receive at Roswell Park.”
