Melissa Newman has announced her departure from San Luis Obispo’s NBC affiliate KSBY.
“Today is my last day at KSBY,” the weekend weather anchor and MMJ wrote on Facebook. “I extend so much gratitude to this community for letting me tell your stories over these past few years. Thank you to those who let me in their homes during the worst moments in their lives, to those who let me celebrate big accomplishments with them, to those who laughed along with us every weekend. I will hold these memories close to my heart.”
Newman started working at KSBY in 2018.
