Courtney Francisco has been named weekend anchor at Charlotte CW affiliate WCCB.
Francisco, who started at the station in 2014 as a reporter, replaced Amanda Fitzpatrick, who moved to WWAY in Wilmington, N.C.
The Charlotte Observer reports Francisco’s move opened up a full-time slot for part-time reporter Amy Cowman.
