Evansville CBS affiliate WEVV has named Warren Korff news director. Korff previously worked at ABC and CW affiliate WEHT-WTVW as an assignment editor.
“We are very fortunate to find a person like Warren,” said DuJuan McCoy, president and CEO of Bayou City Broadcasting, which purchased WEVV for $18.6 million at the beginning of the year. “His experience, local community relationships and passion for news made him the ideal candidate for us.”
