KWGN has hired Katie Orth as co-anchor for its weekday morning news starting Monday.
“I can’t wait to join the KWGN Daybreak family! This is gonna be FUN!” Orth, who will co-anchor with Chris Parente, wrote on Facebook.
Orth last worked at Nexstar-owned KMID in Midland, Texas, where she had been the primary evening anchor and reporter since 2017. Before that she worked at KIDY in San Angelo, Texas.
