Chris Rogers is switching Tegna stations. The morning anchor is moving from KCEN in Waco, Texas to WTSP in Tampa, Fla.
“The last six years at @6NewsCTX have been more rewarding than I ever could have imagined,” Rogers wrote on social media.
Rogers started working at KCEN in 2016 as a reporter. In a tribute video, he sang “My Heart Will Go On” with co-anchor Taheshah Moise before saying an emotional goodbye.
He started his career at KXVA in Abilene, Texas.
