Trey Paul is no longer working for Florence, S.C. ABC affiliate WPDE.
A WPDE spokesperson confirmed the move, but said the station does not comment on personnel matters. Paul’s bio has been removed from the website; he anchored the 5, 6, 7 and 11 p.m. newscasts.
Paul came from Bay News 9 in Tampa in 2017. He’s also worked at WHBQ in Memphis and WICS in Springfield, Ill.
