KSN reporter Craig Andres is mourning the loss of his 16-year-old son, Isaiah.
The NBC station in Wichita, Kan. reports that Isaiah died from injuries sustained during a fall over the weekend in Kansas City.
“He was always this bright light, and I didn’t always see that because I was next to that light every day,” Andres told KSN.

Isaiah was a junior in high school and a football player.
Funeral arrangements have not been set. Grief counselors will visit with students today at Isaiah’s school.
