Tribune-owned Salt Lake City Fox affiliate KSTU is adding an hour to its weekday morning newscast.
Starting Monday, December 12, Good Day Utah will air from 4:30 to 10 a.m. with anchors Dan Evans, Kerri Cronk, Kelly Chapman, Damon Yauney, Big Budah, Scott McKane and Allison Croghan.
“Viewers clearly love our morning news team and, judging from the success of Good Day Utah, appreciate us delivering local news at times when our competitors are not,” said news director Marc Sternfield.
The additional hour brings KSTU’s live news production total to 62.5 hours a week.
