Rebecca Butcher is leaving Memphis ABC affiliate WATN.
“MEMPHIS I’m gonna miss you. You always will hold a place in my heart. Today is my last day at
@ABC24Memphis,” Butcher wrote on social media. “4 years I’ve told stories with the purpose of shining a light. In hopes of that engine of change being carried on. Keep that torch lit, and stay tuned for what’s next.”
Before joining WATN in 2019, Butcher was a weekend anchor, producer and multi-media journalist at WTVA in Tupelo, Miss. She worked at WATN as an assignment editor while in college.
