Sinclair’s Salt Lake City station KJZZ has launched a 9 p.m. newscast.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports the newscast competes with the 9 p.m. shows on Fox affiliate KSTU and KUCW.

The KJZZ news is produced by Sinclair sister station and CBS affiliate KUTV.

“We promise a fast-paced newscast that doesn’t waste your time as you’re wrapping up your day and setting your alarm clock early,” KUTV reporter and KJZZ anchor Heidi Hatch told the Tribune.

“I’m personally excited to take on this new role,” she said, “where I can help create a new product that keeps up with a changing news landscape where social media and a constant twitter feed drives our conversations.”
