Ron Zappolo signs a new agreement at KUSA in Denver, Colo., which covers regular newscast appearances, sports commentary and play-by-play for Denver Broncos preseason games.

Bree Steffen joins KGTV in San Diego, Calif., as a multimedia journalist. Steffen makes the jump from KOCO in Oklahoma City, Okla., where she was a multimedia journalist.

Lydia Hu joins WBRC in Birmingham, Ala., as a weekend anchor/reporter. Lydia was previously an attorney.

Parker Slaybaugh renews his agreement as an investigative reporter at WRIC in his hometown of Richmond, Va.

Tara Mergener joins KWTX in Waco, Texas as an evening anchor and evening executive producer. Mergener was previously a freelance correspondent at both CBS Newspath and the Hearst Washington, D.C. bureau.

April Baker joins KFSM in Ft. Smith, Ark., as a weekday morning co-anchor. Baker moves from WPDE in Myrtle Beach, SC, where she was a multimedia journalist.

Glenn Cassie signs on as a primary anchor at KNDU in Yakima-Tri-Cities-Kennewick, Wash. Cassie previously worked as a reporter at WHIO in Dayton, Ohio.

Zappolo, Steffen, Hu, Slaybaugh, Mergener, Baker and Cassie are all represented by Jeff Marcu at OTA Talent.
