WWL weekend anchor Katie Moore is changing roles at the New Orleans CBS affiliate.
“This is my last Sunday at the anchor desk,” Moore told viewers at the end of Sunday night’s 10 p.m. “We have some changes coming and I will be focusing on investigative reporting five days a week. Thank you for 6 plus years of welcoming me into your homes and on your devices. I’m still going to be here, just focusing on reporting five days a week.”
She started working at WWL in 2006 after working at KOAA in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She started her career as the Washington Correspondent for WKYT in Lexington, Kentucky.
