Michael Quander is joining Washington, D.C. CBS affiliate WUSA next Monday.
Quander, who was born in Washington, D.C., last worked at WREG in Memphis.
“Memphis has been a great city for me to perfect my craft and it will always have a special place in my heart,” Quander told TVSpy.
