Melinda Zosh Leaves WVVA in West Virginia to Work as Anchor in Florida

WVVA anchor Melinda Zosh is heading to Gray owned WJHG in Panama City Beach, Florida where she will be a weekday morning co-anchor and reporter.

The Bluefield, West Virginia NBC affiliate said goodbye to Zosh on Thursday. She started at the station in November 2017 as an evening anchor and producer. She was promoted to evening anchor and content manager in 2021.

WVVA also announced that Ben Schwartz will replace Zosh at 5 p.m. He will also co-anchor with Martin Staunton at 6 and 11 p.m.
